If you're not happy with your SafeSip stickers for any reason, email us within 30 days of your order being delivered and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked, and it doesn't matter whether the pack has been opened.

How to get a refund

1. Email callanwinbox@gmail.com with your order number.
2. You don't need to send anything back.
3. We'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days, and your bank may take another 5-10 business days to show it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Late or missing orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email us and we'll sort it.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.
